Upon request and through outsourcing, from time to time JWRC designs short-term learning programs for foreign water professionals so they can visit and talk with Japanese water utilities, manufacturers and other water-related agencies, assisting in their understanding of the nation's water service and its commonly-used technologies.
In recent years, we have designed such programs for experts from East Timor and Malaysia, outsourced by Japan International Cooperation Agency.
