In November 2012, Japan Water Research Center and Yokohama Waterworks Bureau co-hosted the 9th International Symposium on Water Supply Technology in Yokohama, Japan, under the theme of "Resilient Water Supply System?Pursuing Safety, Sustainability and Environmental Friendliness."
In total, the conference was joined by 800 people from domestic and international utilities, research institutes, private companies, etc, among which 90 people came from 33 nations abroad. As for the co-located exhibition, over seven thousand visitors were recorded.
Thanks to all the support we received, we were able to have a successful conference. In this section, we would like to share with you the overall conference program along with some of the presentations made.
